Capital Guardian Builders LLC was founded in 2019 by Timothy Poole. Tim is a U.S. Air Force veteran and Civil Engineer with more than 20 years of firsthand experience.

Tim credits much of his success to his experiences and lessons learned in the Air Force. In the Air Force, Civil Engineers keep housing, roads, and utilities on base in optimum working condition. While adopting the core values of the Air Force, Tim quickly learned the technical skills necessary to plan, build, and maintain the infrastructure on the military bases where he served.

 

While in the military, Tim earned a degree in Construction Management and strengthened his natural problem-solving and leadership skills. As an Air Force Civil Engineer, Tim had broad responsibilities that included oversight of contractors all over the world. This has given Tim invaluable insight that he brings to every job.  

 

While serving, Tim strived to gain the respect of his men. One veteran who worked under Tim went on to get his undergraduate degree in Engineering.
